The ConnexFM Individual Member Benchmarking Reports for FY2024 are now available.
The ConnexFM Benchmarking Tool & Report is an exclusive, interactive platform designed for ConnexFM members to analyze and compare industry trends, operational metrics, and financial benchmarks.
Reports from the benchmarking survey provide your company with actionable benchmarks to improve your processes and impact your organization. ConnexFM members who participated in the data collection survey for FY2024 now have access to the individual benchmarking reports for 2024. All members’ access to the full 2024 benchmarking report will be made available later this year.
All data collected by our third-party partner is anonymized, ensuring member privacy. ConnexFM does not, and will not, have access to the unique data sets for any members.
ConnexFM members that completed the FY2024 benchmarking survey are now eligible to access the full benchmarking reports through their dedicated access link. For members who did not or only partially completed the FY2024 survey, login to your dedicated access link to complete your survey in order to gain access to the individual reporting today.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are measurable values that illustrate how effectively your business objectives are being met. Question-by-question comparisons of data are available for each survey section. This section includes the aggregate 25th, 50th and 75th percentiles for each question. Your responses will be indicated in a different color.
The ConnexFM Benchmarking Tool creates dynamically generated PowerPoint slides that illustrate your organization’s answers in comparison to the 25th, 50th and 75th percentile.
