Connex is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are career professionals working in the industry, selling to and/or servicing retail and multi-site facilities. The 2020-21 Board consists of 11 Directors: seven multi-site facility members and five supplier members who serve three-year rotating terms. In addition, three alternates, two multi-site facility members and one supplier member, serve as non-voting Board Members available to step into a Board seat should a vacancy occur on the Board during a term.

Jaclyn currently serves as the President and Chief Growth Officer for OnSite, Inc. an international (multi-site) cleaning management firm. In 2010, Jaclyn was named partner and became a leader in one of the few Minority & Women-Owned businesses within the Multi-Site Management Industry.
Her professional work experience, over the last 15 years, includes: strategic marketing campaigns, regulatory change, global program development, and facilities maintenance (big box, retail, restaurant, healthcare, grocery & childcare). Among her accomplishments, Jaclyn helped shape the landscape for home construction through regulatory influence, in California, during her tenure with the Building Industry Association; was named one of Central California’s, “Influencers under 40” by San Joaquin Magazine; actively volunteers for regional women’s & youth organizations; served as the Chair of the Connex Membership and Networking Committees (2016/2017), and was awarded the prestigious PRSM/Connex Vendor of the Year (2015). Jaclyn’s educational and professional background lend to her unique ability to find consensus among groups and bring people together to influence change.

As Senior Facilities Manager, Kirk manages the 2-person facilities department overseeing their 235-store portfolio. Kirk previously served on the PRSM Board (2013-16) and as President (2014-15). Kirk was honored to be named PRSM Retailer of the Year (2013), and Facility Executive of the Year (2018).

Steve Hearon was appointed President of BrandPoint Services in January of 2012. Prior to that Steve was the Vice President of Franchise Development for CertaPro Painters, North America’s largest franchised painting company, from 2005 through 2011, and prior to that Director of Operations for AAMCO Transmissions. Steve’s contracting and construction background dates back to 1992, when he obtained his BSBA from Bucknell University and immediately opened his own contracting business. His 25 years of business management bring effective customer needs analysis, strong operating systems, and quality execution in the field.
