Many Facility Managers have some sort of KPI's, but don't have a full dashboard or accurate picture of how their department is functioning. This online course was created to help Facility Managers audit their own department, analyzing their strategy, their team, their daily work, but also their supplier's performance and processes.

This course was created by, Sanne Anvelink, co-founder of The World of YES, a Dutch organization that specializes in development schemes for Facility Management professionals worldwide. Sanne studied Facility Management and has a master’s degree in Change Management. She has worked with several Facility Management suppliers and has used this knowledge in her role as a teacher Facility Management at one of The Netherland’s universities. In recent years, Sanne has trained numerous Facility teams across the globe and created many training programs to help even more professionals online.
